As a Senior Salesforce Specialist, you will be part of our Commercial Product & Service team and play a key role in shaping our Salesforce architecture. From coordinating new developments to designing your own training courses, you will be responsible for everything relating to Salesforce.

Your role

You are responsible for the overall architecture and, together with your team, the main contact person for all relevant topics relating to Salesforce.
You plan and design Salesforce training sessions with our super users and product owners.
You will be aware of new features and releases and plan their introduction.
You are in charge of the conception, coordination and testing of all new and further developments of Salesforce.

Your profile

You have 3-5 years of experience in the core areas of Salesforce clouds, which you can back up with relevant certificates.
You have extensive expertise in Salesforce flows and have ideally already worked with platforms such as DocuSign, Pardot or Field Service.
You are comfortable working with Data Manipulation Language (DML) and have already integrated Salesforce into various systems.
Collaboration with different stakeholders is easy for you and you adapt your communication style effortlessly to your counterpart.
You are familiar with agile project management methods for iterative development.

Als Senior Salesforce Specialist bist Du Teil unseres Commercial Product & Service Teams und maßgeblich an der Gestaltung unserer Salesforce-Architektur beteiligt. Von der Koordination neuer Entwicklungen bis hin zur Konzipierung eigener Trainings betreust Du alles rund um das Thema Salesforce.

Deine Rolle bei uns

Du bist verantwortlich für die Gesamtarchitektur und gemeinsam mit Deinem Team der*die Hauptansprechpartner*in für alle relevanten Themen rund um Salesforce.
Mit unseren Super-Usern sowie Product Ownern planst und konzipierst Du Salesforce-Trainings.
Über neue Features sowie Releases weißt Du Bescheid und planst bereits deren Einführung.
Die Konzipierung, Koordination und Testung aller Neu- sowie Weiterentwicklungen von Salesforce liegen in Deiner Hand.

Das bringst Du mit

Du verfügst über 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in den Kernbereichen der Salesforce-Clouds, die Du mit entsprechenden Zertifikaten untermauern kannst.
Du bringst umfangreiche Kompetenzen in Salesforce-Flows mit und hast idealerweise auch schon mit Plattformen wie DocuSign, Pardot oder Field Service gearbeitet.
Der Umgang mit Data Manipulation Language (DML) macht Dir keine Probleme und Du hast Salesforce bereits in unterschiedliche Systeme integriert.
Die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern fällt Dir leicht und Du passt Deinen Kommunikationsstil mühelos an Deinen Gegenüber an.
Agile Projektmanagement-Methoden für die iterative Entwicklung sind Dir vertraut.
